Current funding status
Funding status could not be confirmed.
The City states that the Down Payment Assistance Program continues to operate and, effective August 1, 2025, relies solely on federal CDBG and HOME Program funds because City General Funds no longer support the program. RMHA's current page still states that General Funds are available up to 120% AMI, creating an official-source conflict; neither current source explicitly states that funds are presently available in a way sufficient to mark funding_status open under the research rule.
